All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Preorders, special orders, or items that are shipped directly to you from one of our suppliers may require additional processing time, as noted on each item's listing. Generally these items take 10-14 business days to arrive.
Due to the current global impact of COVID-19 on shipping times, some orders may be in transit for longer than expected. Please allow a little extra time for items to arrive.
We offer free shipping on all regular retail orders shipped within the continental United States. Items are shipped either First Class or USPS Flat Rate Priority. Preorders and special sales may have a minimum order quantity for free shipping, to allow us to offer the lowest possible prices.
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping time estimates on product pages are for domestic shipping; please refer to your tracking number or contact us directly with any questions about international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Glitz Glam and Rebellion is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
