It features flattering short sleeves, a wide fitted waistband, vintage full circle skirt and a slightly off the shoulder neckline with button detail. This rockabilly frock is made in solid black with accents in black and white gingham at the collar, the sleeve cuffs, and the bottom of the hem. It fastens with a concealed side zipper. Amazingly elegant!!
