This 1950's diner dress from Dolly & Dotty has a serious rockabilly girl attitude.  The Penelope Shirt Dress captures the spirit of the 1950s pinup style perfectly!  It has a flattering fitted top with short sleeves, cute buttons, and a retro-style collar. The vintage-style dress comes with a cute contrasting red belt, buttons, and piping details. Made in a retro white polka dot print on a black background, it fastens with a concealed side zipper.
