This 1950's diner dress from Dolly & Dotty has a serious rockabilly girl attitude.  The Penelope Shirt Dress captures the spirit of the 1950s pinup style perfectly!  It has a flattering fitted top with short sleeves, covered buttons, and a retro-style collar. The vintage-style dress comes with a matching belt. It fastens with a concealed side zipper. A note on the color:  this peacock blue is greener than blue, a beautiful color that's often called teal.
