This dress is a dreamy sweet off-shoulder swing dress, perfect for evening outings! The solid burgundy bodice is accented with a beautiful wide fold-over collar in black. It drapes to a V in the back and is accented there with a shiny burgundy button. The wide waistband and hem border are black satin, and the waistband is accented in front with two burgundy buttons. Bodice and black accents have a lovely satin shine. The super full swing skirt is black with white polka dots.
