Flutter Sleeve Forties Blouse in Red

Put on some flattering forties in this lovely blouse.  It has a high mandarin collar with a v-neck and pretty flutter sleeves.  It gathers at the bust and shoulder seams, and the front closes with functioning shiny black buttons.  The waist is inset with an attached waist band tied into a bow at the back.
