GGR Roses Block Print Skirt

Another beautiful GGR exclusive, specially designed by Feliz to put a gorgeous twirl in your step!  The super full, 3-tiered circle skirt features a print of pink roses on a black background at the hem, solid pink above, and solid black at the waist.  It has a 1-1/2" waistband and closes with a black button and center back zipper.  Wonderful deep side seam pockets.
Fabric:  100% cotton
