This futuristic Victorian skirt has details, details, details! A wrap around skirt with a front flap, it is super full and flouncy. The fabric is a lovely paisley print in brown and white and is finished with black satin trim to accent all those layers. The waist is very intriguing with silver buckles and buttons. The front has a large pleated pocket and it has hidden side seam pockets.
